To place your order, follow these steps:
- Browse through our wide catalogue of products to find what you like, choose the required quantity and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Continue to add other products you like to the cart.
- Once in the SHOPPING CART, you may choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- You may shop with us either by creating a BitesKart account and logging in or simply shop as a guest user.
- Once done, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.
Your orders are shipped to your specified address. We have tied up with reputed courier companies, to get your orders delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
How will I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email from us with all the order details.
I tried placing my order using my Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What happened to my money?
- Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.

Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details by email. You will be notified again once the shipment is dispatched. In case of any unusual events/delays on your order, you will receive a special update from our end.

Cancellation & Related Queries
Please contact our Customer Care at support@biteskart.com to cancel the order and refund your payment before the 60 minutes’ cut off time. If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel your order.
In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at support@biteskart.com Our Customer Care representatives will help you out with customized solutions wherever possible.

What payment methods do you accept for international orders?
We do not accept international orders at the moment. We are working on it.
Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?
All Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed over secure encrypted payment gateways.
Every transaction you make on BitesKart.com is transparent. There are absolutely no hidden charges. The amount you pay is what is shown in your Shopping Cart.
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring that
- Information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at support@biteskart.com
Shipping & Tracking
Hassle-free, reliable access to great snacking is what we promise and deliver. All orders placed before 2 pm will be shipped the same day. Delivery is usually completed in approximately 3 hours of receiving the completed order. All orders placed after 2 pm will be delivered the next day. Please note that weekend delivery schedules may vary.

Do you apply any shipping charges?
BiteKart.com provides free shipping for all products within India.
Do you accept international orders?
No.
Return Policy
A strict adherence to our rules and policies also mean that we do not encourage or accept returns of any kind once delivery is completed from our end. You may however, cancel an order within an hour of having placed it. We do not take ‘cancellation responsibility’ for orders not cancelled with 60 minutes of order placement if deemed necessary by you.
Refund Policy
Orders not actualised will be refunded with 7 working days.
Refunds are possible if
- There has been a delivery failure from our end.
- The products you have ordered are not available with us or are not in a shippable condition.
- Money has been debited to your account without the order being actualised.
How long the refund procedure takes?
- The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your complaint and will take up to 7 working days to actualise.

Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?
If you register with us, you are inevitably subscribed to our newsletter. If you don’t wish to receive our newsletter, you may unsubscribe any point in time.
Just click on ‘Forgot Password’ option and we will send you a link to reset your password, to the email id registered with us.
Yes, we do accept bulk order for party, corporate events and re-selling. The prices may vary according to your products and quantity of purchase. Kindly write to us at support@biteskart.com with your requirements.
I want to place an order but I don’t want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?
Unfortunately no! Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact.
I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, unfortunately you cannot add any more products to your order .
