Homemade Papad with the goodness of Beetroot

Generally most of don’t like to have to beetroot in our curries or side dish though it is loaded with nutrition and healthy benefits. Especially kids start running away when you offer them beetroots. To include this healthy vegetable in more attractive way into our diet we have this beetroot flavored papad.

Beetroot papad making?

We source the organically grown fresh beetroots, washed and crushed to get the juice. we mix beetroot juice with tapioca flour and rice flour then made into small disc then dried in sun.

Beetroot Papad Ingredients

• Rice flour
• Tapioca flour
• Beetroot juice
• salt

Preparation method of Beetroot Papad:

Method 1:

• Add 200ml oil in a pan
• once the oil is hot, add the papad and deep fry

Method 2:

• Pre heat the oven at a temperature of 150c
• Cook in oven for 1 min and then cook again for 30sec if required
